I recently re-qualified in physiotherapy and am in at the deep end with my first job in this profession. I will also be practising privately with sports massages as well but right now I am looking for that work life balance.

I'm interested in keeping as healthy as possible 'holistically' through eating well, regular exercise and broadening my understanding of human nature. it would be good to know someone with similar interests who would be a companion in this sort of pursuit.

I'm a member of a rowing club and getting out onto the river on weekend mornings is something I look forward to. This also involves regular circuit training, rowing machines and weight lifting.
Cycling is my preferred way to get around, I cycle everywhere for both practical reasons and for exercise. I love cycling through Richmond and Bushy Parks. Sometimes I attend Critical Mass and love cycling through the city centre. I also volunteer at a cycling charity for the disabled.

I follow a vegan diet both for health and ethical reasons. I can accept if someone doesn't make the same choice just as long as they can respect mine.

I would like to go on more holidays. Cycling holidays in Spain or the Netherlands over a long weekend or adventures to more tropical climates like the Pacific Islands are the most appealing. I've visited Italy frequently and would still like to visit again - a companion in these travels would be great too.

I'm at the point where I am interested in settling down in the near future. I'm in the process of taking over the mortgage of the family home which is where I am currently living.
